About Me
My Name is Tanya, and I am a Nutritionist who is passionate about health, wellbeing and nutrition. I believe that nutritional wellbeing should connect the body and mind.
My focus is on empowering clients with nutritional knowledge & following up with effective, inspiring and manageable action & meal plans, tailored to their individual needs.
My health journey began when I was 18yrs of age, and found myself with a diagnosis of stage 3C Hodgkins Lymphoma….not what I was expecting at that age! I am a fighter however, and decided that if I was going to beat this ‘grossly unfair’ cancer, then I would come at it from every angle…physically & psychologically.
I did a lot of research and realised pretty quickly that I needed to be in tune with and do the best for my mind, body & spirit, in order to sustain the strength needed for this battle…and the learning I did has informed the rest of my life in the best way possible. ( I am now 58 🙂
We owe it to ourselves to feed and nurture our bodies and minds, to live our best life, and so I hope that this website will inspire, inform & help you on your journey to becoming a well-being.
