  • 1 1/3 cup cottage cheese (approximately 215 grams )
  • 1/3 cup pancake mix

  • 1 cupย (240 mL)ย milkย of your choice.

  • 2 Tbspย (30 mL)ย maple syrupย 
  • 1 Tbspย (14 g)ย coconut oil or butter, melted, plus extra for frying
  • 2 tspย (5 g)ย ground cinnamon
